SHAHI PANEER

                                                              
INGREDIENTS:
PANEER                                                  250 G
GINGER GARLIC PASTE                       2TBS
CHILLI POWDER                                   1 TBS
TOMATO KETCHUP                            1 BOTTLE
HALDI POWDER                                  ½ TSP
ONION                                                        2
GARAM MASALA POWDER              2 TBS
BEANS SPROUT                              1 PACKET
FEW VEGETABLES (BEAND AND CAPSICUM)
SALT AS NEEDED
GREEN CHILLI PASTE                             1TSP
FOR TADKA (ZEERA, RAI AND FENEGREEK SEEDS)
METHOD:
TAKE A FRY PAN AND ASS 4 TBS OF OIL KEEP ZEERA,RAI AND FENEGREEK SEEDS.THEN ADD ONIONS ,GINGER GARLIC PASTE ,RED CHILLI POWDER ,HALDI POWDER ,GARAM MASALA PWDER AND MIX WELL TILL YOU GET A NICE AROMA.
THEN ADD THE PANEER CUBES AND MIX WELL
AFTER SOMETIME ADD TOMATO KETCHUO AND GREEN CHILLI SAUCE AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
THEN GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND YOUR DONE.
