USE ALOE VERA FOR ALL YOUR SKIN PROBLEMS

                                                                Aloe Vera

 Aloe Vera is a stemless and very short plant growing to 60–100 cm tall.
Aloe gel  contains slippery, slimy constituents that has a cooling, soothing effect on acne sores. It is also a natural antibiotic.

ALOE VERA HAS THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

* Antibiotics
* Astringent
* Coagulation agent
* Scar inhibitor
* Non-toxic



HOW CAN  ALOE VERA BE USED:
*Dissolved in water of roses it is used in various eye troublem
*Aloe Vera, in liquid form, can be applied to the facial area to remove excess oil
*The aloe vera gel can be directly applied on the skin that has been sun burnt or cracked.
*Try not to use Aloe Vera gel and go out in the sun, as it may not be a very effective sun blocker.
*Aloe is also very frequently and generously used to take care of acne outbreaks.
*To reducing the appearance of wrinkles is also one of the Aloe Vera should be combined with virgin coconut oil or coconut milk as this will provide the skin with ample nutrients and essential fats.


HOW TO CUT THE ALEO VERA PLANT :
*Remove a whole aloe leaf from the plant. Take an outer leaf and remove it as near the trunk as possible
* If you want to use the aloe immediately, use a serrated knife to remove the thick skin
*You can open the leaf and apply the gel directly  avoiding the eyes..
          
RECIPE FOR  REJUVENATING ALOE MASK FOR DRY WRINKLED SKIN:
Whip 1 raw egg yolk, add 1 tea spoon of aloe juice and 1 tea spoon of olive oil.Apply the mask on your face for 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water and follow with your moisturizer.

IF U HAVE OILY SKIN AVOID OLIVE OIL
