HOW TO LIVE IT UP THIS SUMMER
1) A cool water shower cools the body and skin temperature and retains oils and moisture in the skin. Don’t dry the skin roughly with a towel. Gently pat it dry. Do leave some moisture on the skin so that when you apply the moisturizer the skin can absorb it fully and seal it in
2)Drink as juice or any fluid intake is good for you as the sunrays dehydrates you
3)Eat a lot of salads and fresh fruits that naturally contain water, like water melon – in fact this fruit contains nearly 92% water and up to 14% of vitamin C. This will add to the moisture content that you will lose through sweating. Small amounts of vitamin B and potassium are also found in this fruit.
4) Use sunglasses to protect your eyes. Try using an umbrella when you go out in the sun. This will protect your skin and your hair
6)If you spend lots of time outside, be sure to use sunscreen with minimum SPF 15.If you burn using SPF 15, go higher. Apply a shot-glass worth of sunscreen 15 to 30 minutes before going out, being sure to cover your chest, hands and ears. Don't forget a lip balm with SPF, too!
7)Try a slick ponytail to accentuate your facial features. A deep-side part looks fresh and modern (and is easy to do when the kids are tugging at your arm!). To prevent flyaways, spritz with hairspray.

5)Be sure to deep condition your hair at least once a week, especially if you
swim a lot. Hair tends to become dry, dull and brittle if it is soaked and dried
too often.
